Always-on monitoring for your real PrestaShop store: uptime, checkout, cron and core-health checks running continuously, with instant alerts the moment something breaks — before a customer emails you about it. You get a live health dashboard and a plain-English monthly report.
This is the watch-only plan in our Care Plans range. We tell you what is wrong and how serious it is; the actual fixing is quoted separately or handled inside Store Care Plan. €149/month, billed monthly, cancel any time.
Know your PrestaShop store has a problem before your customers do
\nMonitoring Plan is the lightest plan in our Care Plans range: continuous, automated monitoring of your PrestaShop store with a live health dashboard and a monthly report. It is the safety net that catches a down checkout, a silent cron failure or a fatal error and tells you first — not the customer who could not place an order. At €149/month it is deliberately the cheapest way to stop being the last person to know.
\nWho it is for
\nStores that are basically stable and well-run, where you mostly need eyes on the store rather than a steady stream of hands-on work. It suits owners who already have a developer but no proactive alerting, agencies who want an independent watch on a client store, and anyone who has been burned once by hours of unnoticed downtime. It runs on PrestaShop 1.6, 1.7, 8 and 9, single or multistore, on any host.
\nWhat we actually watch — and how
\nMonitoring is not one ping to your homepage. We check your storefront and a real checkout path on a continuous interval, watch for cron jobs that stop running (the usual cause of stale stock, unsent emails and broken feeds), and catch obvious fatal errors and HTTP 500s in the core. We add a basic security-and-performance regression watch so a sudden TTFB spike or a new injected redirect surfaces as a signal rather than a surprise. Each check is evaluated against your store's normal baseline, so you get alerted on genuine deviations, not noise.
\nThe watch / fix line — read this before you buy
\nThis is the most important boundary on the page. Monitoring Plan watches and alerts; it does not fix. When the store goes down or a cron breaks, you get a clear, prioritised alert and our read on severity and likely cause — but the hands-on remediation is either quoted separately or already covered if you are on Store Care Plan, which includes a monthly pool of expert hours. If what you really want is “tell me and fix it,” start one tier up; Monitor is for stores that have someone to act on the alert.
\nPrestaShop-specific monitoring, not a generic pinger
\nA generic uptime service pings your homepage and calls it a day. That misses the failures that actually cost PrestaShop merchants money, because a PrestaShop store can return HTTP 200 on the homepage while checkout throws a fatal, while the Smarty cache is poisoned, or while a payment module silently stops sending order confirmations. We monitor a real buying path and the jobs PrestaShop relies on — the cron that rebuilds your sitemap, the cron that pushes your product feed, the cron that clears expired carts — because those are the things that break quietly on 1.6, 1.7, 8 and 9 alike. On multistore we watch each shop URL, since one shop can fail while the others look fine.
\nWhat this prevents you wasting money on
\nThe expensive failures are the silent ones: a checkout that 500s for a weekend, a payment module that stopped firing confirmation emails, a sitemap cron that died three weeks ago and quietly tanked indexation, a TLS certificate that lapsed on a Sunday. Monitor exists to compress “how long was it broken” from days to minutes — the single cheapest insurance against lost orders you never even saw. It is not a retainer, not a fix-everything plan, and we will not pretend it is — if you need regular hands-on work, paying for Monitor alone is the wrong spend and we will say so plainly rather than upsell you into the wrong tier.
\nWhere it fits
\nMonitor is the natural floor of the range, and many owners start exactly here. The moment you want the small things actually handled — config, cache, cron, module settings, the obvious PHP errors — step up to Store Care Plan, which keeps everything in Monitor and adds 2 hours of expert work a month plus a committed 3 business-hour P1 response. If you want SEO or marketing-data accountability too, those live in SEO Care Plan and Growth Care Plan, and everything together in Complete Care Plan. See the whole range under Expert Services.

Watch-only PrestaShop monitoring for uptime, checkout, cron, SSL and regressions, with alerts and monthly reporting.
Monitoring Plan keeps a live watch on the store but does not apply fixes. It is for owners who already have someone to act on alerts and want a clear dashboard, confirmed incidents and a plain-English monthly health report.
Availability monitoring
The checks that tell you whether the store can be reached and used.
- Homepage and key storefront paths monitored continuously
- Checkout path check, not just homepage uptime
- SSL/TLS certificate expiry and validity watch
Core, cron & regression watch
The silent failures that make a store technically up but operationally broken.
- Cron jobs such as feeds, sitemaps, stock and mail checked for staleness
- Fatal-error and HTTP 500 detection on monitored pages
- TTFB or response-time regression alerts against baseline
Dashboard, alerts & monthly report
The operational view you can forward to the people who fix things.
- Live status, uptime %, response-time trend, certificate and cron health
- Incident log with severity, timing and likely cause where known
- Recommended actions each month, ordered by priority
How it works
-
Onboarding Setup weekWe collect URLs, shops/languages, monitored paths, alert recipients, channels and cron inventory.
-
Monitoring ContinuousChecks run against baseline for uptime, checkout, SSL, cron, fatal errors and response-time drift.
-
Incident handling As detectedWe confirm, classify, alert and log incidents; fixes are outside this plan.
-
Monthly report MonthlyYou receive uptime, incidents, cron/core health, regressions and recommended actions.
Plan boundaries
The Monitoring Plan is deliberately narrow: detection, alerting and reporting. It does not include hands-on repair.
A watch-only month in concrete terms
A monthly report might show: checkout returned 500 at 02:00 - confirmed P1, alerted during business hours, likely module conflict; sitemap cron stale for 3 days; TTFB doubled after deploy. The Monitoring Plan records and escalates those facts, then recommends the fix route without pretending repair is included.
