  • Teams and native status routing. The module stores teams, team members, team leaders, and mappings between teams and PrestaShop order states.
  • Custom workflow stages. Staff can define workflow statuses with color, responsible team, completion flag, suggested statuses, and a recommended next status.
  • Order-side collaboration panel. On order detail pages the module loads history, current workflow status, comments, reminders, team data, score, and mention data into a Back Office panel.
  • Internal comments with visibility controls. Comments can be private, attached to history rows or teams, and shown with mention support.
  • Reminder lifecycle. Staff can create, edit, delete, and complete reminders, while the Back Office checks due reminders on a controlled schedule.
  • Attachment handling is restricted. Uploaded files are validated by file type, file size, and path safety before being attached to comments.
  • Notification badge follows staff across admin pages. The module shows unread notifications, mark-read actions, mute preferences, and optional browser or sound notification settings in the Back Office header.
