Lightbox closes immediately when tapping image on iOS Safari
On iOS Safari, the touchend event fires simultaneously with the click event, causing the lightbox to open and close in the same frame. Added a 100ms debounce on the close handler after opening.

Image lazy loading breaks when used with infinite scroll
When infinite scroll loads new products, the lazy loading IntersectionObserver doesn't detect the new images because they're added after the observer is initialized. Reconnect the observer after new content is injected.

Watermark applied to original image instead of copy
The watermark feature modifies the original uploaded image instead of creating a watermarked copy. If the watermark is removed later, the original image is already damaged. Changed to always work on a copy, preserving the original.

Gallery grid shows blank spaces when images have different aspect ratios
The masonry grid layout leaves gaps when images have varying aspect ratios. The CSS grid auto-placement doesn't backfill empty spaces. Switched to CSS Grid with grid-auto-flow: dense for better space utilization.

Admin image upload fails for WebP files
WebP images are rejected during upload with 'Invalid file format' error. The allowed MIME types list didn't include image/webp. Added WebP to the allowed formats and updated the image processing pipeline to handle WebP.

Image zoom not working on product page with touch devices
The pinch-to-zoom gesture on mobile is intercepted by the browser's native zoom instead of the gallery zoom. Added touch-action: none on the zoom container and implemented custom pinch gesture handling.

Thumbnails not generated for images uploaded via WebService API
Images uploaded through the API don't trigger the thumbnail generation hook. Customers see a broken image icon for small thumbnails. Added API upload detection with manual thumbnail regeneration.

Gallery sort order resets after saving product in back office
Drag-and-drop image ordering in the gallery is lost when the product is saved. The position field is not included in the save form. Added hidden position inputs that persist the sort order through form submission.

Full-screen slideshow keyboard navigation not working
Left/right arrow keys don't navigate between images in full-screen mode. The keydown listener was attached to the slideshow container which doesn't receive focus. Moved listener to document with scope check.

Video thumbnails show generic play icon instead of actual video frame
Product galleries with video URLs display a generic play button placeholder instead of an actual video thumbnail frame. Need to generate thumbnail from video source (YouTube/Vimeo oEmbed API for external, FFmpeg for local).
