Requests come from real store work
This board collects feature ideas that come from customers using our PrestaShop modules in production: missing checkout options, SEO workflows that need less manual work, integrations with external tools, reporting gaps, and quality-of-life improvements in the Back Office.
A request becomes useful when it describes the store problem clearly. Votes help us see how many merchants need the same workflow, and comments from support help us understand the exact compatibility or configuration details behind it.
Statuses show what is happening next
Under review means we are still checking scope, compatibility and demand. Planned means the request fits the module direction. In progress means it is actively being built or tested. Implemented means the idea has shipped in a module release.
Feature requests are not support tickets
Use feature requests when you want to improve a module or propose a new workflow. Use support when something is broken on your store, when a configuration behaves unexpectedly, or when you need help with a purchased module. That keeps urgent problems separate from long-term product planning.
