Smart Wholesaler Feed Sync imports supplier and wholesaler feeds into PrestaShop and keeps your catalog in sync — stock, price and availability — without manual exports or an encrypted integrator you can't audit. It reads XML, CSV, JSON, XLSX and Google Sheets over HTTP(S), FTP, FTPS, SFTP or a local file, and matches feed items to your products on stable keys (EAN → SKU → supplier id).
A visual mapping studio previews any feed before a single write, and every run is a dry-run first, protected by circuit breakers and a full audit trail. The same engine can also build products and combinations, map categories and brands, convert currency, split stock across warehouses, and forward dropship orders — safely, across PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9.
- Any feed, any transport. Read XML, CSV, JSON, XLSX and Google Sheets, fetched over HTTP(S), FTP, FTPS, SFTP or a local file, with automatic gzip handling — no dependency on a single wholesaler's format.
- Visual field-mapping studio. Fetch a live sample, map each feed field to PrestaShop data with transforms and value maps, and see a live preview with a match estimate before you save the profile. Reusable mapping profiles per supplier.
- Safe stock, price & availability sync. Items are matched on stable keys — EAN, then manufacturer code / SKU, then supplier id — never on a volatile feed id. Every run previews as a dry-run with a full diff, and circuit breakers stop a run that would mass-disable or mass-create beyond your thresholds.
- Products & combinations from the feed. Create missing products and build real PrestaShop combinations from variant feeds — including composite supplier ids like 43-775 — with attribute groups, attribute values, features and per-combination reference, EAN, stock, price impact and images, all deduplicated and idempotent.
- Category & brand mapping. Map each feed category to one of your categories and each feed brand to a PrestaShop manufacturer, with create-or-map, so imported products land where they belong under the names you use.
- Currency conversion. Convert feed prices to your shop currency using live National Bank of Poland (NBP) rates or a locked manual rate, applied before your price rules, with a safety block if a rate is missing or stale.
- Multi-warehouse & per-location stock. Split feed quantities across warehouses or virtual locations and aggregate them to the shop-facing stock by sum, max, or a primary/specific location — with graceful fallback where Advanced Stock Management isn't available.
- Dropshipping / order forwarding. When a paid order contains supplier-owned lines, forward them to the wholesaler by email, HTTP endpoint or export file. Strictly opt-in and idempotent, with a safe no-send export default so nothing leaves your store by accident.
- Feed Workbench. A visual grid of the feed where you can set a custom title, price or description and exclude products you don't want — changes are locked to a stable identity and survive feed updates even when the supplier changes ids.
- Full audit & rollback. Every run is recorded with per-row before/after detail, match rates and breaker status, and any apply can be rolled back — deleting only what the module created and never touching ordered or shared data.
