Bank Transfer Revolution is a module for PrestaShop stores that routes every bank-transfer order to the right account, preserves the issued payment instructions and keeps unpaid orders in one working queue. Install it, create the first bank profile with its currency and account details, and the payment method is ready.
The module settles three costly problems: a foreign-currency order receiving the wrong account, an older order showing new details after a bank change, and an incoming payment with no dependable link to the order. The customer receives the amount, account and reference that belong to this purchase, while the team keeps the same record until the money arrives.
It is simple for one account and detailed when the store grows. You choose the currency, invoice country, zone, customer group, carrier and order-value range for each rule, set priority and a fallback, and decide whether matching accounts are selected automatically or offered to the customer with their names and logos.
Instructions and account details are written separately for each store language and then frozen on the order. They appear at the chosen checkout stage, on confirmation, in the instruction email, in customer order details and optionally on the invoice. Euro transfers include a payment QR, discounts show the original total, reduction and final amount, and customers report their transfer ID from the order page.
You gain fewer transfers to the wrong account, instructions that remain consistent, faster payment matching and a clear process for overdue orders. Scheduled reminders, bulk payment confirmation and automatic cancellation with stock restoration reduce routine finance and support work.
Summary of what the module offers
Bank Transfer Revolution turns bank transfer in a PrestaShop store into a controlled payment and collection workflow: it routes the order by its actual context, freezes the exact instructions issued to the customer and gathers every unpaid transfer in one operational view. The first account is quick to set up, while the rule system, translated content and collection settings cover a complex international store.
- Account routing: currency, invoice country, zone, customer group, carrier, order value, priority, fallback and a customer choice when several accounts remain eligible.
- Stable order history: the selected account, amount, reference and instructions remain attached to the order after profiles change.
- Clear customer payment: copy-ready details, a payment QR for eligible euro transfers, a complete instruction email and one aggregate transfer for a split basket.
- Reliable matching: a configurable payment reference and a customer-submitted transfer ID connect bank activity with the order.
- Collection workflow: an awaiting-payment dashboard, reminders, single and bulk payment confirmation, automatic cancellation and stock restoration.
- Merchant control: translated bank details, checkout visibility, fixed or percentage discounts, shop separation, reporting and data export.

Which bank account does each order receive?
You choose the exact conditions for every account: currency, invoice country, zone, customer group, carrier and order-value range. More specific rules take precedence, priority settles equal matches, and a separate fallback covers the cases you deliberately send to a general account. If no rule and no fallback fit, bank transfer stays out of checkout instead of presenting unsafe details.
When several accounts remain suitable, the customer sees clearly named choices with their logos and selects one. Before creating the order, Bank Transfer Revolution checks the current cart and rule result again, so a stale checkout or altered form never changes the account behind the merchant's decision.
A profile contains IBAN and BIC, UK sort code and account number, US routing and account numbers, the bank address and any extra labelled row required by a local bank. Retiring a profile removes it from new orders without breaking its connection to older ones.

Will old orders keep the instructions they were given?
Each accepted bank-transfer order receives its own permanent record of the chosen profile, amount, currency, payment reference, account fields, language and instructions. Editing an IBAN or retiring a profile changes new orders only. The confirmation page, customer order history, staff order page, instruction email and optional invoice continue to agree with what was issued at purchase.
A basket split into several related orders still creates one payment obligation: one account, one reference, one email and the combined amount. Reminders and payment confirmation follow that same group, so the customer is never asked to pay or settle only one child order.
The transfer itself takes place in the customer's banking app or online bank. The module keeps the shop's side of the transaction consistent before and after that handoff.

How does the customer complete the transfer without mistakes?
The checkout shows the exact payable amount and a recognizable preview of the payment reference. When a fixed or percentage discount applies, the customer sees the original total, the reduction and the final transfer amount before confirming. The same final amount and reference then appear everywhere the instructions are repeated.
On eligible euro payments, the payment QR fills the beneficiary, IBAN, amount and reference in the banking app. It is generated inside the store, and the same code is included in the instruction email. Account fields and the final reference also have copy actions for customers who complete the payment manually.
After sending the transfer, the customer enters the bank transaction ID on the order page. The team receives a notification and sees that identifier beside the frozen instructions, which removes another uncertain match from the bank statement.

How does the team keep unpaid orders under control?
The reconciliation screen brings together orders still awaiting a transfer. It shows the order and payment references, customer, account, amount, currency, age and status, with filters for each useful dimension. Summary figures cover the waiting value, oldest debt, overdue count, collected revenue, bank-transfer share and historical trend, and the current result set exports to CSV.
You mark one order or a selected group as paid after a confirmation step, and the normal paid-status message goes to the customer. A transfer ID submitted by the customer appears in the same view and triggers a merchant notification without changing the paid status on its own.
You set any reminder days that suit the sales cycle. Successful delivery is recorded, unsuccessful messages are retried and the status remains visible. Orders still unpaid after the selected deadline are cancelled automatically, and their reserved stock returns to sale.

How far does the configuration go?
Starting takes one bank profile: an internal name, its currency and the details the customer needs. The form checks the IBAN checksum and BIC structure before saving. From there, you add local account formats, bank-specific fields, translated holder and bank details, translated instructions and notes, and separate data for each shop.
You choose whether account details appear before the order or only after confirmation, whether they also appear on invoices, whether the exact-amount note and euro payment QR are shown, and how the checkout payment label reads in every language. Fixed or percentage discounts are set for the whole shop, a selected bank profile or the same conditions used by routing rules.
Profile retirement preserves old order history, configuration health checks identify and repair missing module records, and repeated confirmation never creates a duplicate order. The result is a payment method that starts with a straightforward account form and grows into a precise finance workflow.
