Professional PrestaShop Services
Expert help with module installation and visual integration. Our team configures and customizes every module to match your store perfectly.
Professional services
Most PrestaShop modules can be installed by a store owner, but not every owner wants to spend an afternoon learning every option before the shop can use it. Paid setup is worth considering when the module touches checkout, performance, security, SEO, theme output, or any workflow where a bad configuration would cost more time than the service itself.
The point of these services is to remove that risk. We have built and shipped PrestaShop modules since 2018, so the configuration is done with the module's design and edge cases in mind. Set up the way it is meant to work rather than left at defaults.
When basic installation is included or arranged, the aim is to install the module and check the main workflow on your store. If you want more, we offer two service add-ons that you can select on each product page. The purpose is practical: get the module installed, configured, checked, and handed over without turning your store into a learning exercise.
Which level of help do you actually need?
Three levels exist on purpose, so you only pay for what your situation requires:
- Basic installation: the module is installed and the main workflow is confirmed working. Right when you already know how you want to configure it.
- Professional Setup (29 EUR): the module is configured to your business rules, tested, and handed over with a short guidance document.
- Visual Integration (49 EUR): everything in Professional Setup, plus front-office styling so the module looks at home in your theme.
What basic installation includes
Basic installation is the starting point when it is included or arranged. We install the module and check the main workflow on your store. That is useful when you already know how you want to configure the module, or when the module has a narrow job and you only need confirmation that it is active and not throwing errors.
It is not the same as making every business decision for you. If the module asks which customer groups, countries, carriers, categories, pages, or order states should be affected, those choices still need to come from the way your shop operates. The paid setup service is for turning those choices into a working configuration and checking the result.
Put simply: basic installation answers "is it switched on and working?" The paid add-ons answer "is it doing the right thing for my shop?" Those are different questions, and for modules touching checkout, pricing, or customer-facing logic the second question is worth considering.
If you are still choosing a module, start with the module catalogue and use try before you buy before asking for setup work. A demo often answers the first question: whether the module is the right fit at all. There is little value in paying for setup on a module that turns out not to match your workflow, and a demo is the fastest way to rule that out.
Professional Setup -- 29 EUR
Professional Setup is for store owners who want the module configured to match their requirements instead of leaving every option at default. Defaults are a sensible neutral starting point. They are not tuned to your carriers, tax rules, customer groups, or catalogue structure, which is what this service sets up.
- Configuration -- we set up relevant module options based on your needs, whether it's Checkout Revolution, Performance Revolution, or Security Revolution
- Testing -- we check the main module workflow in your store
- Guidance document -- a short summary of what was configured and how to maintain it
- Priority handling -- scheduled with priority once the needed details and access are available
The guidance document matters more than it first looks. Six months later, when you or a colleague needs to change a setting, you have a written record of what was configured and why, instead of reverse-engineering the setup from a screen full of options. That is the difference between a configuration you own and one you are afraid to touch.
This service is a good fit when the module has many options, when you are not sure which settings matter, or when you want a short handover instead of reverse-engineering the setup later. It is also the right choice when a module sits on a sensitive path, checkout, performance, or security, where a wrong default is felt by every customer, not just by you.
Visual Integration -- 49 EUR
Visual Integration is for stores where the module needs to look at home in the current theme. It includes everything in Professional Setup, plus front-office visual work where the module output appears to customers.
- CSS customisation -- colours, fonts, spacing, and layout adjustments to better match your theme
- Template adjustments -- minor template changes where they are needed for visual consistency
- Cross-device check -- reviewed on desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Screenshot review -- before/after screenshots sent where useful for approval
A module that works perfectly but looks bolted-on undermines the trust you have built in your storefront. Visual Integration closes that gap: the block, badge, or section the module adds picks up your theme's colours, fonts, and spacing instead of standing out. The cross-device check catches the common case where something looks right on a desktop preview but breaks on a phone, where most shoppers actually are.
This is the better option for custom themes, brand-sensitive stores, or modules that add visible blocks to product pages, checkout, customer accounts, category pages, or other customer-facing areas. If a customer will see the module, this is usually the level worth choosing.
How we work and what you get
Every engagement follows the same simple shape, so you know what to expect before you buy:
- Select your service on the product page using the "Services" dropdown
- Complete your purchase
- We contact you to collect any details we need, such as admin access or design preferences
- Service timing depends on the selected service, shop access, scope, and the condition of the store
At the end you receive a working, tested configuration on your store, and for Professional Setup and above, a short guidance document recording what was set and how to maintain it. For Visual Integration you also get the before/after screenshots used for approval. There are no half-finished states left for you to puzzle out: the deliverable is the module doing its job, checked.
What we need from you
For both services we usually need temporary admin and FTP/SSH access to your store. Access details are handled carefully, and you can revoke or rotate temporary credentials after completion. We only need access for the duration of the work, and rotating the credentials afterwards is good practice on any store regardless of who used them.
If you prefer the work to happen away from the live shop, read the PrestaShop staging site guide and tell us how your staging copy is set up. Working on a staging copy is the safest route for a busy production store, because it lets the configuration be checked before anything reaches live traffic.
Scope and fit
The add-ons cover the tasks listed above: installation, configuration, checking, a short guidance document, CSS customisation, minor template adjustments, cross-device review, and screenshot review where that service is selected. If your request goes beyond that scope, use contact first so the work can be discussed before you purchase the wrong add-on. Being clear about scope up front protects you from paying for an add-on that does not match what you actually need.
A clear brief helps the work be scoped accurately. Send the module name, the shop URL, the outcome you want, and any screenshots that show the current problem or desired style. For Visual Integration, include the page where the module output should be reviewed. For Professional Setup, include the business rule you want the module to follow, for example, which customer groups or countries a behaviour should apply to. The more precisely you describe the result you expect, the more closely the delivered configuration matches it.
Before requesting service work, it is also worth reading how to test PrestaShop modules so you know how to confirm the result on your own store afterwards. For stores with performance or server symptoms, the PrestaShop hosting guide can help separate a module setup question from a hosting problem. A slow page is sometimes the host, not the module, and setup work cannot fix a hosting limit.
Support and refunds
If something is unclear after delivery, use the support policy to see what support covers and how response times are framed. Reading it before you buy means you know exactly what is included, so there are no surprises later.
For refund questions, read the refund policy: it includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, but we may first attempt to fix or update the module to resolve the issue, and eligibility and exclusions apply. The fix-first approach exists because a working module is usually what you wanted in the first place, and a quick update often resolves the problem faster than a refund and a fresh start.
FAQ
Can I add a service later?
Yes. Contact us after purchase and we can arrange it separately.
Do you need store access?
Yes, for both services we usually need temporary admin and FTP/SSH access to your store. Access details are handled carefully, and you can revoke or rotate temporary credentials after completion.
What is outside the service?
The service covers the listed installation, configuration, checking, guidance, and visual integration tasks for the selected add-on. If your request goes beyond those tasks, contact us before purchasing so the scope can be agreed separately.
Should I use staging?
A staging copy is often safer for checks before production. The staging guide explains the approach, and you can tell us your preference when we collect access details.
