Terms and Conditions
Review our Terms and Conditions governing purchases, licenses, refunds, and support for PrestaShop modules. Understand your rights and obligations.
Welcome to mypresta.rocks, a brand operated by mywebpage.rocks (collectively “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (mypresta.rocks), including all modules, services, updates, and any related features. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing through our site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must refrain from using our services and products.
1. Definitions & General Principles
- “User,” “You,” or “Customer” means any individual or entity accessing or using our site or purchasing our modules.
- “Product” or “Module” refers to any software, update, or service made available through our store.
- “Demo” or “Trial” refers to a time-limited evaluation copy of a module provided free of charge for testing purposes.
- “EULA” (End-User License Agreement) outlines how You can install and use the modules. Please review it carefully as it forms an integral part of these Terms.
- “Privacy Policy” describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data, also part of these Terms.
These Terms co-exist with our License Policy, Support Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, specific policies may override or clarify certain aspects of these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to purchase or engage with our paid services.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date details when creating an account or making a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Product Usage & License
All modules are governed by our License Policy and EULA. Key points include:
- Single-Domain Restriction: You may install the module on one production domain plus one subdomain (e.g., example.com and dev.example.com), plus a folder-based installation if needed (example.com/prestashop/).
- Non-Transferable License: Your license is personal and cannot be resold, rented, or shared except with explicit consent.
- Prohibited Acts: Reverse engineering, distributing, or modifying core code is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by law or the module’s stated features.
4. Ordering & Pricing
- Module Pricing: We display prices in Euros (EUR). We reserve the right to update pricing at our discretion, applying to future purchases.
- Bulk Discounts & Custom Quotes: Returning customers or those needing multiple licenses may request special pricing (e.g., for multi-domain usage). Each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Promotions & Coupons: From time to time, we may offer promotional deals or coupons, valid only within the stipulated period or usage terms.
5. Payment Methods
We rely on Stripe for most payment processing, which offers a range of localized payment options. Our Payment Methods page details available payment methods including:
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut Pay, Link
- Localized methods such as Blik, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24, Klarna
- Bank Transfer (manually verified, may delay module availability)
For all payments (except manual bank transfers), our system typically grants immediate download access upon confirmation of the transaction. We do not store your sensitive payment data; Stripe handles it securely.
6. Refund & Return Policy
Our Refund Policy clarifies your right to request refunds. Key highlights:
- 30-Day Test Period: From purchase, you have a 30-day window to assess the module’s performance. If dissatisfied, you may request a refund within this period.
- Exclusions: Changing your mind, inability to configure, or requiring custom changes are not valid grounds for refunds after the test period. If the module deviates from its product description or has irreparable flaws, we will address the issue or offer a refund.
- License Revocation: Upon refund, you must uninstall and remove the module from your environment, voiding any further use.
7. 30-Day Demo & Trial Terms
We offer free 30-day demo and trial versions of our modules so you can evaluate them before purchasing. By downloading or using a demo/trial module, you agree to the following conditions:
- Evaluation Purpose Only: Demo and trial modules are provided exclusively for evaluation and testing purposes. They must not be used on a live production store that serves real customers.
- Time Limitation: The trial period lasts 30 calendar days from the date of download or activation. After this period, the module must be completely uninstalled and all associated files must be removed from your server.
- Mandatory Removal Upon Non-Purchase: If you decide not to purchase the module after the trial period, you are obligated to fully uninstall and delete the module, including all files, database tables, and configuration data it created. Continued use of a trial module beyond the 30-day period without purchasing a license constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.
- No Redistribution: Trial modules may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or made available to any third party.
- One Trial Per Module: Each customer is entitled to one trial period per module. Repeated trial requests for the same module may be declined.
- Support During Trial: We are happy to answer questions and provide basic guidance during the trial period to help you evaluate the module. Full technical support and installation assistance activate upon purchase.
- No Warranty: Trial modules are provided “as is” without any warranty. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of trial software in your environment.
8. Support & Maintenance
We strive to offer reliable assistance during your initial support window (one month) or extended coverage if you purchased additional support. See our Support Policy for full details. Important notes:
- Our Commitment: We stand behind our modules. We will always respond to any reported issues and work to fix, adjust, or guide you through any problems related to our modules. Your success is important to us, and we treat every support request seriously.
- Preferred Contact: Our contact form is recommended for opening support tickets, though email is also an option.
- Information Needed: We may request your store URL, admin login, or FTP credentials to resolve technical issues.
- Scope: Basic troubleshooting and bug fixes are included; major customizations or environment conflicts fall outside standard support.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal data, cookies, and third-party tools for analytics, marketing, or security. Notably:
- Cookie Consent Banner: You can choose which categories of cookies to enable—essential, performance, marketing, or analytical.
- Third-Party Services: Tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok tracking, and Tawk.to may collect aggregate data to improve our site’s functionality.
- Data Usage: We never sell personal information. Collected data is only used for order fulfillment, customer support, compliance, or improving our offerings.
10. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All modules, texts, designs, and code belong to myPresta.rocks or its licensors, protected by local and international IP laws.
- License Limitations: See License Policy for domain usage rules, subdomain allowances, and restrictions on reverse engineering or redistribution.
11. Disclaimer of Liability & Buyer’s Responsibility
This section is critically important. Please read it carefully before purchasing or installing any module.
- No Responsibility for Damages: mypresta.rocks and its operators accept no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, data loss, revenue loss, downtime, or any other adverse effect caused directly or indirectly by the installation, use, configuration, or removal of our modules. This includes, but is not limited to, corrupted data, broken functionality, conflicts with other modules or themes, performance degradation, or any other issue arising in your store environment.
- Buyer’s Obligation to Test: It is entirely the buyer’s responsibility to verify that any module works correctly with their specific store configuration before deploying it to a live production environment. The proper way to do this is:
- Create a complete copy (clone) of your live store in a staging environment.
- Install and configure the module on the staging copy.
- Thoroughly test all functionality, including checkout, payments, and any features the module interacts with.
- Confirm that everything works perfectly in the cloned environment before proceeding to install on the live store.
- “As-Is” Provision: Our modules are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty of uninterrupted function, flawless operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- No Indirect or Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, lost data, business interruption, or cost of substitute services.
- Varied Store Environments: PrestaShop stores vary enormously in their configurations, customizations, installed modules, themes, hosting environments, PHP versions, and server setups. We cannot test against every possible combination. It is therefore essential that you test in your own environment as described above.
- Maximum Liability Cap: In any event, our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to a module shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific module.
We strongly encourage every buyer to maintain regular backups of their store and database before installing any new software, including our modules.
12. External Links & Third-Party Integrations
Our modules or documentation may link to external sites (e.g., official PrestaShop docs, analytics portals, payment gateways). Once You leave our domain, these Terms no longer govern, and we bear no liability for external practices, content, or policies.
13. Termination & Changes
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to cancel any user account for severe violations of these Terms or illegal activity.
- Policy Updates: We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, technology, or legal requirements. We will post revised Terms with a new “Last Updated” date; continued use signifies acceptance of the changes.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, the use of our site, or the modules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland, unless otherwise required by consumer protection regulations in your country of residence.
