PrestaShop feature request board gives customers a visible place to suggest ideas and vote on the changes that matter most. Feature Requests & Voting links requests to products, stores title, slug, description, status, language, shop, IP address and vote count, and gives your team a Back Office workflow for turning scattered feedback into a managed roadmap.
Submissions use CSRF protection, minimum title and description lengths, guest name and email when needed, and optional approval before requests move forward. Voting can be enabled or disabled, guest voting can be blocked, and duplicate votes are controlled by customer account or by request and IP address for guests.
Public routes cover the roadmap hub, individual request pages, product-specific request pages and pagination, with localized route prefixes for English, German, French, Polish, Italian and Spanish. Admin tools include status filters, badges, bulk status changes and an editable public admin note.
- Catalog item idea records. The module stores suggestions with item ID, customer identity, title, slug, description, status, language, shop, IP address and vote count. Item pages can show an idea tab with totals and status counts.
- Moderated submission flow. New submissions include form protection, require a title of at least five characters, description of at least ten characters, and guest name/email when the customer is not logged in. If approval is required, new requests start as submitted; otherwise they move to under review.
- Vote toggling with protection. Voting can be enabled or disabled, and guest voting can be blocked. Logged-in votes are deduplicated by customer, while guest votes use the request and IP address.
- Localized idea URLs. Routes expose the hub, individual suggestion pages, product-specific suggestion pages and paginated listings. Localized prefixes are defined for English, German, French, Polish, Italian and Spanish.
- Status-driven management. Requests support submitted, under review, planned, in progress, implemented, and declined states. The admin list includes status filters, status badges, bulk status changes, and an editable public admin note.
- Indexing controls for the hub. The roadmap page can be indexable and included in sitemap only when the matching settings are enabled. Detail and module-specific pages set noindex, follow, while dynamic responses send noindex headers.
Feature request voting board for PrestaShop products
PrestaShop Feature Request Board gives your customers a public way to suggest, vote on and discuss ideas while giving your team a structured Back Office pipeline to manage them. Without a visible feedback process, valuable requests arrive through scattered emails, chats and comments, then get lost before they can influence product decisions. The module turns that demand into a searchable roadmap with statuses, voting protection, individual request pages, comments, related ideas and admin moderation.
Prioritize customer-requested work
Every new feature, service improvement or product change costs time and money. When decisions are based only on the loudest message in the inbox, you can spend that effort on work with weaker sales or loyalty impact. Voting gives you a clearer signal of which ideas matter to more customers, helping you prioritize changes with stronger business demand.

Reduce repeated support conversations
When customers cannot see whether an idea has already been requested, they ask the same questions through support channels. That creates repetitive work for the team and leaves customers unsure whether anyone is listening. A public roadmap and request pages keep status, votes, comments and related ideas in one place, which saves time and gives shoppers more confidence in your process.

Turn transparency into trust
A visible roadmap shows customers that feedback is not disappearing into a private inbox. That matters for reputation, especially for stores selling configurable products, digital products or services where buyers care about future improvements. Statuses, comments and related ideas make the conversation easier to follow and help customers feel that their vote has a real place in the store's planning.

Public roadmap, moderation, and status workflow
The module combines the public feedback surface and the admin workflow in one PrestaShop tool. Customers can browse, search, filter, sort, suggest and vote, while merchants can review requests, change statuses one by one or in bulk, moderate comments and choose whether the roadmap is indexable. Setup is managed from Back Office with no coding, and the customer-facing pages are designed to live inside the store rather than in a disconnected external board.

Works Well With Feature Requests & Voting
Modules our team genuinely pairs with this one — and exactly why each belongs in the same setup.
Feature Requests & Voting gives customers a visible board to suggest ideas and vote on the changes that matter most, linking requests to products and giving your team a Back Office roadmap workflow. Once you decide what to build or change, you also need a place to tell customers about it.
Blog Revolution covers that as a separate tool, a native space for buying guides, announcements and advice with categories, tags, authors, comments and clean blog pages that can attract search traffic and lead readers toward products.
Used alongside each other, Feature Requests & Voting gathers and prioritises customer input while Blog Revolution communicates the outcomes and broader news. One listens and the other announces; together they close part of the loop, so customers both see their ideas captured and read about what is changing, keeping engagement and content working in the same direction.
Feature Requests & Voting gives customers a public place to propose ideas and vote, turning scattered feedback into a managed roadmap with requests linked to products. Public ideas are forward-looking, but customers also have private, immediate problems that do not belong on an open board.
Support Revolution covers those as a separate tool, a PrestaShop help desk with ticket history, customer identity and order context, plus optional guest tickets, for handling individual issues.
Used alongside each other, Feature Requests & Voting captures shared, public suggestions while Support Revolution handles private, case-by-case help. They are independent tools serving different kinds of contact; together they give customers both a voice in what gets built and a clear route for personal issues, so feedback and support each have the right home rather than being mixed in one channel.
Feature Requests & Voting lets customers suggest and vote on future improvements, giving your team a managed roadmap of what people want next. That captures wishes for what should change; it does not communicate the current state of known problems with existing products.
Issue Tracker covers that as a separate tool, publishing a known-issues and product FAQ workflow with a product-page issue tab showing open and total counts, status badges and resolved fixes.
Used alongside each other, Feature Requests & Voting looks forward to desired changes while Issue Tracker is transparent about present limitations and fixes. One gathers aspirations and the other reports reality; together they give customers an honest, two-sided view, what is being asked for and what is currently open or resolved, which builds trust and reduces surprised support contacts.
