Criteo Dynamic Retargeting + Product-Level Conversion Tracking

PrestaShop Criteo OneTag helps your store send shopping signals to Criteo for retargeting, product interest and purchase reporting. Tracking only builds when the module is enabled and a valid numeric Partner ID is configured, giving you a more controlled setup than loose theme snippets.

Storefront tracking can cover home, product, category, search result, basket, add-to-cart and transaction flows when their switches are enabled. The module can respect marketing consent from supported cookie modules, exclude employees, include detailed product signals, listen for cart updates, support custom tracking rules and optionally send hashed customer identifiers instead of raw values.

For purchase conversions, completed orders can be queued for EU or US Criteo Retail Media, retried after failed sends and shown with queue status in Back Office. The module is focused on Criteo tracking, not campaign management inside PrestaShop.

  • Gate tracking on a real Partner ID. The module validates the Criteo Partner ID as a numeric value and only builds tracking output when the module is enabled and the ID is valid.
  • Track core commerce events. Storefront tracking can cover home, product, category, search result, basket, add-to-cart and transaction flows when their individual switches are enabled.
  • Respect consent and employee exclusions. The tracking rules can skip employees and read marketing consent from mprcookiesrevolution or mprcookiebanner when consent respect is enabled.
  • Send detailed product signals. Product and list events include product IDs, prices, availability, category path data, visible list items and page IDs when available.

  • Hash optional customer identifiers. When enabled, storefront tracking sends hashed customer ID and SHA-256 hashed lowercased email rather than raw email values.
  • Queue server-side purchase conversions. Completed orders can be sent through the correct EU or US Criteo Retail Media connection, retried after failed sends and shown with queue status in Back Office.

This does not make tracking perfect, but it gives the store a stronger backup path and helps avoid decisions based on undercounted revenue.
