PrestaShop Facebook feed integration helps your store show recent Facebook page posts inside the storefront instead of sending shoppers away from the buying path. Facebook Posts Integration fetches page posts through the Graph API using your Page ID and a secure connection key, saves a refreshed cache of the feed to stay within Facebook's rate limits, and displays the content in grid, list or slider layouts.

You control storefront placement, layout, columns, mobile columns, post count, refresh timing, auto-scroll and lazy images, plus exactly which post elements appear — text, media, dates, reactions, shares, comments, author data, shared posts, title and a follow button. The module also includes optional blog-to-Facebook publishing with tracking so the same post is never published twice.

Everything is configured in the Back Office, and a built-in integrity check verifies the Facebook connection and hooks, so social content can support trust and activity signals while staying styled and controlled inside PrestaShop.

  • Facebook page feed setup. The feed requires a Facebook Page ID and page connection key unless another module takes over the feed display. Recent posts are saved by the module, so the storefront can show social content reliably without asking Facebook on every page view.
  • Flexible storefront placement. Display settings support home, footer-before, footer, left-column, and right-column placement areas. Merchants can choose where the Facebook content belongs in the theme layout.
  • Grid, list, or slider layout. The display settings include layout, columns, mobile columns, post count, auto-scroll, lazy loading, and refresh timing. The storefront behavior handles lazy images, carousel navigation, auto-scroll, and touch swipe.
  • Post-content toggles. Merchants can show or hide post text, media, dates, reactions, shares, comments, author data, and shared posts. Text length and theme style are also configurable.
  • Follow button and title controls. The storefront can show a section title and Facebook follow button using your chosen display text and page details. This keeps page promotion alongside the imported post feed.
  • Blog publishing integration. The publishing tool can auto-publish supported blog posts to Facebook and also exposes a manual publish action. Published-post tracking prevents repeated publishing of the same item.

Facebook feed integration for PrestaShop storefronts

PrestaShop Facebook Feed Module - Page Posts displays your Facebook page posts on your PrestaShop storefront so shoppers see fresh brand activity without leaving the shop. Social content often helps show that a store is active, responsive and worth trusting, but sending visitors away to Facebook can interrupt the buying path. This module brings the feed into your store in grid, list or slider layouts and lets you control what each post shows.

Make the store feel active and credible

A quiet storefront can make shoppers wonder whether the business is still active, especially when they are comparing suppliers or buying from a new brand. Showing recent Facebook posts helps demonstrate movement, campaigns and customer communication directly on your own pages. That extra confidence can reduce hesitation, which matters when trust is the barrier between browsing and ordering.

Reuse social content without rebuilding it

Most merchants already spend time creating Facebook content, but that work often benefits only people who visit the page. Pulling posts into PrestaShop gives the same content a second commercial job by supporting product discovery and brand confidence on the store. It saves time because the feed can refresh from the source instead of requiring duplicate content blocks in the theme.

Control layout and performance inside PrestaShop

Official social embeds can be rigid, heavy and difficult to style, which can damage the look and speed of a commercial page. The module lets you choose grid, list or slider layouts, control visible post elements and save refreshed posts so the store does not call Facebook on every page view. That keeps the feed useful for customers while giving the merchant practical control over presentation and refresh behavior.

Cached posts, layout choices and follow buttons

This module keeps Facebook feed placement, layout settings, refresh timing and supported blog-to-Facebook publishing inside PrestaShop. You can choose columns, spacing, rounded corners, hover effects, auto-scroll and which post details appear without editing theme files. The feed is responsive, configurable from the back office and easier to maintain than a pasted social widget when your theme or social layout needs change.

Works Well With Facebook Posts Integration

Modules our team genuinely pairs with this one — and exactly why each belongs in the same setup.

Blog Revolution
€299.00
Complement

A store running Facebook Posts Integration shows recent Facebook page posts inside the storefront so shoppers see brand activity without leaving the buying path. Social posts are short-lived and external, though, and they do not build the kind of on-site, searchable content that keeps visitors reading and ranks over time.

Blog Revolution covers that separately with a native place for buying guides, announcements and advice, keeping articles, categories, tags, authors, comments, ratings, RSS and clean blog pages inside the shop. It owns long-form content, while the Facebook module surfaces social activity, two distinct content sources on the storefront.

Used together, your store presents both a live social signal from Facebook and durable owned articles that can attract search traffic and lead readers toward products. Shoppers see that the brand is active now and find deeper guidance when they want it, without your team choosing between social presence and real on-site content.

Customer Showcase
€149.00
Complement

With Facebook Posts Integration, a store shows its own Facebook page activity in the storefront as social proof. That proves the brand posts, but it is your voice, not your customers', and shoppers often trust seeing how real buyers actually used a product more than a brand's own feed.

Customer Showcase covers that different angle, turning approved customer projects into controlled social proof with categories, projects, multilingual text, images, pins, votes, comments and views, and product pins that route from inspiration to the catalogue. It is a separate, moderated gallery of customer work rather than a social feed.

Running both, your store pairs current brand activity from Facebook with curated, customer-created proof on the same site. New visitors see the page is active and also see products in real-world use, giving two complementary forms of reassurance, one from you and one from your customers, near the buying decision.

Workflow

A store using Facebook Posts Integration brings its own page content into the storefront to keep social proof close. That handles outbound brand posts, but it does nothing for the reverse direction, helping a shopper share a specific product outward to their own networks while they are looking at it.

Social Share Buttons covers that complementary step with lightweight product share links for Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email, each sharing the current product URL using PrestaShop product data without loading social SDKs. It is a separate, outbound sharing tool, not a feed.

Together they cover both flows around social: your Facebook posts appear on-site through one module, and shoppers spread your products to their own audiences through the other. The result is more organic reach with a connected on-site presence, without your team editing the theme or loading heavy social scripts to get either behaviour.

Reviews & Ratings
€149.00
Complement

Facebook Posts Integration gives a store a way to show brand activity from its Facebook page on the storefront. That is useful social context, but page posts are the brand talking about itself, whereas the trust signal that most directly affects a purchase is what reviewers say about the product.

Reviews & Ratings covers that natively with ratings, written feedback, optional photo reviews and review criteria for products, categories, CMS pages and the store itself, all moderated inside PrestaShop. It owns moderated customer feedback, a distinct trust layer from a social feed.

With both running, shoppers see the brand is active through the Facebook feed and read moderated, product-specific reviews where they decide to buy. One conveys ongoing presence, the other conveys the customer verdict, and keeping both on-site means visitors get social reassurance without being pulled away to an external platform.
