PrestaShop Snapchat Ads Pixel CAPI tracking connects your store to Snap Ads so campaigns can use real shopping events instead of impressions alone. It helps you measure visits, product views, searches, add-to-cart actions, saved-item actions, checkout starts, sign-ups and purchases, including order value and currency where purchase tracking is available.

The module loads the Snapchat browser Pixel from your Pixel ID, sends configured standard ecommerce events and can capture Snapchat click identifiers for later more complete ad attribution. Custom event rules are capped and validated, employee sessions can be excluded, and optional Conversions API support can send eligible browser and purchase events when the Pixel ID and Snapchat access details are configured.

Setup, event toggles, custom rules and readiness checks stay in the Back Office. Marketing consent can be respected where configured, and server-side delivery depends on valid Snapchat Conversions API access.

  • Snapchat Pixel connection. When active, the module connects the storefront to the saved Pixel ID and sends the configured shopping events.
  • Standard ecommerce events. Defaults enable page view, product view, add to cart, saved-item, checkout start, search, purchase and sign-up tracking.
  • Purchase value tracking. Purchase events can include order value, currency, product details and order identifiers so Snapchat receives clearer revenue signals.
  • Conversions API delivery. When CAPI is enabled and Snapchat access is valid, eligible browser and purchase events can be sent from the store in controlled batches.
  • Click ID capture. Snapchat click identifiers such as ScCid can be kept so later purchases can still be matched back to Snapchat campaigns.
