Questa bacheca raccoglie idee di funzionalità da clienti che usano i nostri moduli PrestaShop in produzione: opzioni di checkout mancanti, workflow SEO che richiedono meno lavoro manuale, integrazioni con strumenti esterni, lacune nei report e miglioramenti pratici nel Back Office.

Una richiesta è utile quando descrive chiaramente il problema del negozio. I voti ci aiutano a capire quanti merchant hanno bisogno dello stesso workflow, e i commenti del supporto ci aiutano a comprendere i dettagli precisi di compatibilità o configurazione.

Gli stati indicano cosa succede dopo

In revisione significa che stiamo ancora verificando ambito, compatibilità e domanda. Pianificato significa che la richiesta è coerente con la direzione del modulo. In corso significa che è in sviluppo o test attivo. Implementato significa che l’idea è stata rilasciata in una versione del modulo.

Le richieste di funzionalità non sono ticket di supporto

Usa le richieste di funzionalità quando vuoi migliorare un modulo o proporre un nuovo workflow. Usa il supporto quando qualcosa non funziona nel tuo negozio, una configurazione si comporta in modo inatteso o hai bisogno di aiuto con un modulo acquistato. Così i problemi urgenti restano separati dalla pianificazione prodotto a lungo termine.
