Las solicitudes vienen del trabajo real en tiendas

Este panel reúne ideas de funciones de clientes que usan nuestros módulos PrestaShop en producción: opciones de checkout que faltan, workflows SEO que necesitan menos trabajo manual, integraciones con herramientas externas, carencias de informes y mejoras prácticas en el Back Office.

Una solicitud resulta útil cuando describe claramente el problema de la tienda. Los votos nos ayudan a ver cuántos comerciantes necesitan el mismo workflow, y los comentarios de soporte nos ayudan a entender los detalles exactos de compatibilidad o configuración.

Los estados muestran qué ocurre a continuación

En revisión significa que seguimos comprobando alcance, compatibilidad y demanda. Planificada significa que la solicitud encaja con la dirección del módulo. En curso significa que se está construyendo o probando activamente. Implementada significa que la idea ya se publicó en una versión del módulo.

Las solicitudes de funciones no son tickets de soporte

Usa las solicitudes de funciones cuando quieras mejorar un módulo o proponer un nuevo workflow. Usa soporte cuando algo esté roto en tu tienda, una configuración se comporte de forma inesperada o necesites ayuda con un módulo comprado. Así los problemas urgentes quedan separados de la planificación de producto a largo plazo.
