Anfragen entstehen aus echter Shop-Arbeit

Dieses Board sammelt Funktionsideen von Kunden, die unsere PrestaShop-Module produktiv einsetzen: fehlende Checkout-Optionen, SEO-Workflows mit weniger Handarbeit, Integrationen mit externen Tools, Lücken im Reporting und Verbesserungen für den Back Office-Alltag.

Eine Anfrage ist besonders hilfreich, wenn sie das Shop-Problem klar beschreibt. Stimmen zeigen uns, wie viele Händler denselben Workflow benötigen, und Support-Kommentare helfen uns, die genauen Kompatibilitäts- oder Konfigurationsdetails dahinter zu verstehen.

Status zeigen, was als Nächstes passiert

In Prüfung bedeutet, dass wir Umfang, Kompatibilität und Nachfrage noch bewerten. Geplant bedeutet, dass die Anfrage zur Richtung des Moduls passt. In Bearbeitung bedeutet, dass sie aktiv entwickelt oder getestet wird. Implementiert bedeutet, dass die Idee in einem Modul-Release veröffentlicht wurde.

Nutzen Sie Funktionsanfragen, wenn Sie ein Modul verbessern oder einen neuen Workflow vorschlagen möchten. Nutzen Sie den Support, wenn in Ihrem Shop etwas nicht funktioniert, eine Konfiguration unerwartet reagiert oder Sie Hilfe mit einem gekauften Modul benötigen. So bleiben dringende Probleme von langfristiger Produktplanung getrennt.
