No. Each license covers one production domain plus one development/staging subdomain (e.g., example.com + dev.example.com). If you need the module on multiple production stores, you need a separate license for each. We offer multi-domain discounts — contact us for pricing.

You get free updates for the lifetime of the module. We continuously improve our modules with new features, performance optimisations, and compatibility fixes for new PrestaShop versions. When PS 9.x launched, all our modules were updated within weeks — at no extra cost to existing customers.

The module continues to work normally. Your support period expiring does not disable or limit the module in any way. You simply lose access to new updates and priority technical support. You can renew support at any time if you need an update later.

We're committed to same-month compatibility updates for every major PrestaShop release. We actively participate in the PrestaShop ecosystem and test against beta versions before they're released. Our modules currently support PS 1.6 through 9.x, and we'll keep updating for future versions.

When we release an update, the latest version becomes available in your My Account → Order History. We notify you by email about significant updates. Minor patches may not trigger an email but are always available for download.

Yes. If you're migrating your store to a new domain, simply contact our support and we'll transfer your license at no charge. We understand that stores evolve, rebrand, or change hosting — we make the transition seamless.

Yes, but you need to contact us to arrange the transfer. We will deactivate the license on the old domain and reactivate it on the new one. This is a free, one-time process. Note: you cannot use the module on both domains simultaneously — it must be removed from the old domain first.

Same process as a license transfer — contact us with the old and new domain names and we will update your license. This comes up frequently when stores migrate from a staging domain to a production domain, or when rebranding.

Your purchase includes one month of free updates. After that, you can purchase extended support to continue receiving updates. The module itself does not stop working — it just will not receive new features or compatibility patches unless you renew. For most stores, renewing before a major PrestaShop version upgrade is sufficient.

Yes. We have been updating our modules for PrestaShop 9 compatibility since the early beta releases. All actively maintained modules support PS 9.x. If you find a specific module that does not work with PS 9, let us know — it may need a patch that we have not released yet.

You can inspect the code and make modifications for your own use on your licensed domain. However, you cannot redistribute the modified code, use it on unlicensed domains, or share it with others. If you need a significant customisation, contact us — we may be able to implement it as a feature in a future update, which benefits all users.

Use the password reset function on our login page. If you no longer have access to the email address you registered with, contact us at info@mypresta.rocks with your order number or the domain name associated with your purchase, and we will help you regain access.

It depends on the update. Security fixes and critical bug fixes are typically backported to all supported versions (1.7+). New features may only be available on newer PrestaShop versions if they depend on APIs or hooks that do not exist in older versions. We do not drop support for a version without announcement.
