How long do I receive free updates?
Every premium module purchase includes three months of free updates and support. During that window you can download every new release we publish for that module, bug fixes, performance improvements, new features and compatibility patches for newer PrestaShop releases.
When those three months end you can renew support to keep receiving updates (packages run up to one year). If you do not renew, the module keeps working on the version you have. It is simply frozen at that release. Most stores renew just before a major PrestaShop upgrade so they get the compatibility build. See our support policy for the full details.
