All our modules are tested and compatible with PrestaShop 1.6, 1.7, 8.x, and 9.x. We continuously update our modules to support the latest PrestaShop releases.

There are two ways to install our modules:

1. Free installation: Open a support ticket and we will install it for you.
2. Manual installation: Upload the module ZIP file via your PrestaShop back office under Modules > Module Manager > Upload a module.

After installation, configure the module through its settings page in the admin panel.

This is a server-side PHP limitation, not a module issue. Your hosting provider has set a low value for upload_max_filesize or post_max_size in php.ini. Contact your host and ask them to increase both values to at least 32MB. Alternatively, you can upload the module via FTP: extract the ZIP and upload the module folder to /modules/ on your server, then install it from the back office.

Step 1: Enable debug mode — edit /config/defines.inc.php and set define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);. Reload the page to see the actual PHP error. Step 2: If you cannot access the back office, use FTP to rename the problematic module's folder (e.g., rename /modules/modulename/ to /modules/modulename_disabled/). This disables the module without needing admin access. Step 3: Share the error message with us and we will fix it.

Yes! Every module purchase includes free installation by our development team. After your purchase, simply open a support ticket with your store access details, and we will install and configure the module for you.

No, most modules can be installed directly through PrestaShop's back office (Modules → Module Manager → Upload a module). FTP is only needed as a fallback if your server has restrictive upload size limits or if you encounter permission issues during upload.

Edit the file /config/defines.inc.php in your PrestaShop root directory. Find the line define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); and change false to true. Save the file and reload the page. You will now see detailed PHP errors instead of blank pages or generic error messages. Remember to disable debug mode after troubleshooting — leaving it on in production exposes sensitive information and slows down your store.
