Resend Order Confirmation

Resend Order Confirmation adds a one-click button to the admin order page for the most common support request: "I didn't get my confirmation email, can you send it again?" Staff click once, the customer receives the same template they would have got at checkout, and a private order note records who sent the resend and when.

The button appears directly on the admin order detail page, showing the customer name and recipient email before the action runs so support can verify they're sending to the right address. The module rebuilds the standard PrestaShop order confirmation email — same template, same variables, same translation context — so the customer doesn't get a generic forwarded copy that looks different from the original.

Without this module, the typical workaround is changing the order status to trigger a new email (which can break automation), copying invoice PDFs into ad-hoc support emails (no template consistency), or asking the customer to find the email in spam (poor experience). A dedicated resend button keeps the workflow consistent, traceable and safe — no order status changes, no broken automation, just the email the customer expected.
