Yes. Add your company name and VAT number at checkout and you get a proper VAT invoice. For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism applies, so the invoice is issued at 0% VAT and you account for it in your own country.

Yes. We offer volume discounts when you buy several modules. The exact amount depends on how many you need. Send us your list and we'll put together a custom quote. We also run periodic promotions, so it's worth checking the homepage for current offers.

No order is created and you are not charged. A failed payment never produces a confirmed order in our system, so there is nothing to refund and no module is locked behind a pending transaction.

The most common reasons we see:

• Insufficient funds or a daily card limit reached.
• 3D Secure verification timed out, the bank's confirmation window (SMS, app push, biometric) closed before you approved it.
• Bank blocked an international transaction. Charges from Poland (Stripe, MyPresta sp. z o.o.) can be flagged by issuers that default to domestic-only.
• Card details did not match the billing address or postal code.

What to do:

1. Retry with the same card, most 3DS timeouts succeed on the second attempt.
2. Switch payment method. We accept card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK and Przelewy24.
3. If the card keeps failing, call your bank, ask them to allow the transaction, then retry.
4. If nothing works, contact us with the timestamp of your attempt and we will check the gateway log.

You will not see a charge on your statement for a failed attempt. Some banks display a temporary authorisation hold that drops off within a few days. That is not a real charge.

Instantly. Once your payment is confirmed, the download link appears in your order confirmation email and in your customer account, no waiting and no manual approval. If you also asked for free installation, our team usually completes it within 24 hours.

Yes. You can pay us with PayPal, which is offered through our Stripe integration. You can also use credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Yes, but bank transfer orders are processed manually. After placing the order you receive our bank details by email. Once we confirm the payment arrived (usually 1–3 business days, depending on your bank) we activate your download. For instant access, card payment or one of the online methods is the better choice.

Prices on our website are shown in EUR. For EU consumers, VAT is included at the applicable rate. For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, the price shown is net (the reverse-charge mechanism applies). For customers outside the EU, no VAT is charged. The final price, including any applicable tax, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Every purchase generates an invoice automatically. If you did not provide company details, it is issued to you as a private individual. If you need to add company details afterwards, contact us within a few days of purchase and we can update the invoice.

Every module is a one-time payment, no recurring subscriptions, no annual renewal fees. You pay once and own the module, and it keeps working after your support window ends. Updates are included while your support window is active.

Not directly through the checkout, but contact us and we will arrange it. You buy the module and we assign the license to the recipient's domain. The recipient needs their own mypresta.rocks account for download access and future support. Full details are in our terms and conditions.

All prices are in EUR (euros), and that is also what you are actually charged. You can switch the display currency on our site to preview an approximate amount, but the real charge is always in EUR.
