Documentation that grows with every support conversation

Every page you find here started the same way: a store owner ran into something unexpected, contacted support, and the answer turned out to be useful for everyone. We write documentation the moment a pattern emerges — not after a release cycle, not when we get around to it, but as soon as the same question appears twice.

That applies to modules released last month and modules released years ago. A module does not stop being documented once it ships. Configuration options get explained in more detail, edge cases get their own sections, and troubleshooting steps get refined as we learn what actually trips people up in production.

Available directly inside your PrestaShop admin

Every module we ship includes a Help button in its admin panel. Press it and the documentation loads in a floating panel — right next to the settings you are configuring. You do not need to open another tab, search our website, or remember where you saw that one paragraph about carrier rules. The same content you read here is available inside your store, on the exact page where you need it.

Problem reports make everything tighter

We genuinely welcome bug reports, edge-case descriptions and blunt feedback about what is confusing. Every report we receive gets read by the same developers who maintain the code. When something is unclear, we fix the documentation. When something is broken, we fix the module and then update the docs so the next person does not hit the same wall.

The result is a feedback loop where the documentation and the modules improve together. The more people tell us what went wrong, the more precise the guides become — and the fewer things go wrong for everyone else.
