Does this replace Zendesk?
No, Zendesk remains the system for routing, automations, transcripts, AI replies and analytics. This module simply connects the Zendesk Chat widget to PrestaShop and controls how it appears on your storefront. You still need an active Zendesk setup for the chat operation itself.
