Does it work with a PrestaShop multistore installation?
Yes. The module's tables – financial records, costs, documents, VAT data and settings – all carry an id_shop column, so entries are scoped to the shop they belong to. Each shop keeps its own figures, document numbering and configuration rather than sharing one pooled ledger across the whole multistore.
