No, and that is worth being plain about. It presents the transfer, tracks which orders are still waiting, reminds customers and can cancel stale ones, but it does not connect to your bank account. Marking an order paid stays a decision you or your team make from the awaiting-payment screen, which then moves the order to Payment accepted.
