Does it work for accounts that don't use IBAN, like UK or US ones?

Yes. Alongside IBAN and BIC there are dedicated fields for a UK sort code and account number and for a US routing and account number, plus account holder, bank name and bank address. You can add your own labelled rows for anything else a particular bank needs, so nothing has to be forced through an IBAN field.
